Pre-sale Service:

After receiving the customer's requirements to the product quality,we will first communicate with the technical department aout the quality issue, and recommend the most suitable product to the customer.

Procurement of raw materials:

We carefully screen the qualifications of every raw material suppliers, inspect the quality of each batch of goods, and only open green light to qualified raw material products.

Production process:

The production equipment is regularly maintained and inspected irregularly every year. For each batch of finished products, the quality inspection is carried out in the same day. And we keep the qualified products and unqualified products separately and keep record everyday .

Inspection before shipment:

Before delivery,our laboratory and warehouse will check again whether the product quality can reach the superior quality,and inform the customer of the specific delivery plan ahead of time.

Regarding to the product quality, we are willing to accept third-party product quality inspection before shipment.

Logistics work:

We have fixed logistics and transportation partners after 15 years' development.We have the rich experience to prevent the risk details during transportation, and ensure that the quality of the goods will not change during the logistics and transportation.

After-sales work:

We track the specific flow of each batch of goods and are open to customers at any time and we try every means to to solve the related problems encountered by customers and continuously improve our service level.
